SCcrrreeeaamm!!!! STILL WAITING ON THE USCIS!

I sent off our I600-A renewal on August 3rd and I am still waiting for our fingerprinting appointment to come in the mail! Everyday I run to the mailbox and see if it is in there. I know we have enough time but when we are doing something like that it makes it feel like it is really getting closer, or at least like we are doing something in that direction. I know it is just a headgame , but hey whatever helps???? How long did it take for all of you to get your appointments set up????

Hi Kristy, We got our appointments really quick. As a matter of fact we did not go on the day of the scheduled appointment because if we wait a little I can get a few more months on the expiration. On ours it says "If you cannot go to the scheduled appointment, you may go on any wednesday as long as it is within 87 days from the scheduling date of the notice" So I decided to wait a bit and get another month or two before the next one expires. Now I am not recommending this to anyone it is just a choice we made to do.

Mine was freakishly fast, only 2 weeks. But you will be ok. It will work out.
