I see it as you do. Did you change your margins? It seems like you shrunk your body margins, therefore your sidebar got pushed to the bottom.
Try making the body margins a larger number.

I see it all. Hmmm, maybe your browser is the trouble. Try looking at it in Explorer. In Mozilla Fire Fox, I am finding some things do not show up at all! I will go to a blog and there should be pictures, but I see nothing. If I use my Explorer browser the pictures show up...However I LOVE Mozilla Firefox for spell check as I write!
I see it also, it may be fixed by now. I'm a bit technically challenged, so I feel your pain! LOL!
